At Bülow Stand we take pride in happy and satisfied customers – it is therefore important to us, that you have a good shopping experience. The following terms and conditions apply to all trading on bulowstand.dk and you must accept these to place an order.

Order

When placing an order on bulowstand.dk, it is necessary to enter information such as name, address and telephone number. This is used as shipping information. As a customer, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered and that GLS can deliver a package to that specified address. This information is also used if we need to contact you as a customer. We will not be sending any promotional messages without your prior approval.

After ordering, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail.

Your information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

Payment

It is possible to pay with the below listed payment methods:

Payment cards

The money will be deducted after your order has been shipped.

The payment is via an encrypted connection through PensoPay to secure your information. Your payment information is not saved.

It is possible to pay with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and MasterCard Debit.

Delivery

We only deliver within Europe, unless stated otherwise.

All packages are usually shipped with GLS. However, in certain cases, with large goods, it may be necessary to use a shipping company.

All orders placed on weekdays before 1 PM are to be sent the same day. However, this is subject to availability and technical errors.

Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days after departure – this may depend on GLS / the freight carrier.

GLS

The package will be delivered to the address you specified at the time of booking. You must be home to receive the package.

Carrier

You may be required to be at home upon receipt of goods shipped with shippers.

Damage under transportation

In any case of transportation damage, it is important that you take pictures of the package before opening it. This is used as documentation for the transportation company.

If your package is clearly damaged and you suspect your goods may be damaged, you may refuse to receive the package, which will result in it being returned to Bülow Stand. If you choose to do this, please contact Bülow Stand and contact us as soon as possible.

If the goods have been damaged during transport and you first notice this after receipt, please contact customer support to arrange replacement of your goods.

Cancellation

Orders at Bülow Stand are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations in the Consumers Rights Act. This means that you as a customer have 14 days full return.

The return is provided that the item is delivered to the shipping company within 14 days after receiving the goods.

If you wish to make use of your return policy, this must be notified to us as soon as possible after receipt and always before the actual return of your item(s).

When returning the purchased items, these must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase. You are only liable for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the item’s commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must only handle the item as you would in a physical store, including not damaging or disposing of the original product packaging. You must try the product, but do not take it in real use.

If there are any visible marks from testing/using the product, only part of the full purchase amount will be refunded.

For returns, it is a requirement that the invoice or a copy thereof is sent in the package.

You are by no means required to state the reason for the return, but we will appreciate your opinion. This feedback makes all of our website, service and product range better.

Bülow Stand does not reimburse the original, paid costs associated with the shipment of your order.

Shipping costs associated with the return are paid by you as a customer.

There is no requirement that you return the goods in the original shipping box, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly protected during transportation. We therefore recommend that you store the packaging if you are in doubt about your purchase.

Warranty

You have 2 years of warranty from the date of receiving the item. You must complain within a reasonable time after you have found a reason for using the warranty. The right of claim means that you can complain about defects that appear up to 2 years after you received the item. The right to complain lapses if the defect is caused by you as a buyer, for example due to incorrect use. Complaints can be made by contacting Bülow Stand’s customer service, after which an agreement can be concluded between Bülow Stand and you.

It is important that you as a customer can provide the order number from your invoice – always save a copy of this.

Due to the problem of wear, this is not covered by the complaint.

If goods are exchanged during the complaint, there is of course a new maturity of 2 years from the receipt of the new product.

Subject to errors and changes

We reserve the right to change prices and information on the website. Therefore, always keep up to date if you want to make sure there are changes in prices or products. Bülow Stand reserves the right to reject an order if it is placed on an item with an estimated unrealistic price.

Confidentiality

Bülow Stand will never sell or otherwise make information about its customers or visitors available to any third party. However, there is a simple reservation! In case of criminal circumstances such as credit card fraud, the IP address will be passed to the police along with notification.

Personalized data

Bülow Standly, for practical reasons, keeps your entered information (but not your payment information!) In a secure database. This information is for example used to contact you as a customer or for identification in relation to a complaint.

Should you wish to have your information deleted from Bülow Stand’s database, please contact Bülow Stand’s customer service.

Cookies

In connection with your visit to Bülow Stand.dk, cookies are used. No personal information is stored in the cookie, only an identification of the computer. The cookie does not identify you as a person, just the computer. The cookie is used to collect digital information about the visit to the website.

The information is collected for 3 reasons:
